Do you think that was a Lakis 25? You saw it in person, however, it looks a bit larger and I thought the smallest would be 28 ( which is small for a Lakis)

To be honest I don’t remember, but a friend, who was also there and in her line of work has seen a ton of Kelly styles through the years, said it was a 25. She did say she’d never seen one before and was impressed by it.

The smallest Kelly Lakis is indeed a 28. Hermès has not made any Kelly Lakis 25 which makes the "Kelly Lakis 25" incredibly questionable.

Like I said, I honestly don’t remember, and I’m not interested in this style so don’t know anything apart from what it looks like. I was simply relaying what my friend said. Feel free to delete my posts if deemed questionable.

I was told they’re very rarely made now, maybe SO only. Ended up being obsessed with finding one and got a like new Etain HSS Lakis 35 that I snapped up really fast. Perfect for my daily work bag. Fits my laptop or 13” iPad Pro and essentials! I do enjoy that it has a more masculine energy but is still buttery soft and has the classic Kelly shape.

My iPhone 16 pro max doesn’t fit in the front pocket. The back pocket is huge of course.
