Did anyone here order the 30% off sale at the end of Nov? Has anyone received their order yet?

I did (Nov 27), and I've emailed customer service 3 times looking for my order. No one responded back to me and I'm ticked off. I tried to call the toll free customer service #, but you can't use the # in Canada.
I will never order from Kate Somerville again - terrible customer service!!

Does anyone have a # that I can call that will work in Canada?

No, it hasn't been shipped yet. I understand they got swamped with orders, but for customer service not to respond to 3 emails is not cool, and to have a toll free # that Canadians can't use ticked me off even more.
Customs will now be backlogged with parcels from the U.S.

I did order from them back in November and I just received my order last week.
