Your seller might be thinking she can get away with shipping a product like that..

Its simply unacceptable & unprofessional ...

She should replace it or refund you or give you something else..

What she did is not nice & don't think she doesn't know it either..

This is how I feel. That she thought she could get away with it especially since I'm in Canada, it will cost more to send back than if she had shipped that bottle to someone in the states.
