Just wanted to know if the prices in Paris are cheaper than New York????? I enquired about a day bag from Paris and it is 675 euros whereas the same bag in NY is $995 whichis more expensive. Any ideas anyone???

or
675 Euros = $884.78 (converting euros to US$)
so I guess it depends which currency you are starting with
