I have been eyeing LV with much lust for a while, but with 4 kids, it just didn't seem like something I could do for myself.
I was at a very upscale consignment shop yesterday and they had what I believe is a LV cabas piano for $42. It was a little dirty on the bottom and straps, but I snatched it up immediately.
When I got it home, I did a little research about what to use to clean it, so I tried the magic eraser. This is where I started to wonder if I got a fake. I used the magic eraser on the bottom and it worked like a charm, but it didn't make the leather wet.

Could someone please help me figure this out without me having to post a pic?
