wow! how lucky that you get to meet him, i would have love to meet him as well and get him to sign my book. i read his book, kitchen confidential. i believe that he has a few more books out. and i also watched the cook's tour and no reservations, he is quite funny with his comments. sometimes, i dont' know how he eat the oddest things like a snake's heart, he is certainly daring!
