Hello!
Does anyone read this anymore?!
i *literally just* discovered Juicy Charms, less than four months ago... i can't even tell you how many i've bought since then (crazy amount)
now i'm obsessed w/ cataloging / writing my price, average price they go for -- all matched w/ pictures...

i'd LOVE to talk charms, how you store them/ display them... what you do w/ boxes -- & so on!!

welcome, ashbyyokosuka!
Myself, I check in here every now & then.

LOL, sometimes I love my JC charm collection, and other times, get annoyed at myself for spending so much on those little baubles.

The charms, I have a gorgeous antique apothecary chest plus a walnut a tool maker's chest I inherited from my dad that I keep them in, along with my other jewelry.

The boxes, I've stored in plastic bins with receipts, for whatever that will get me, lol. I did buy most of mine from Nordstrom & JC when they were current.

Welcome to the Juicy charm obsession, ashby! I haven't bought a charm in over 2 years. Partially due to JC no longer making them, but mostly because my priorities changed when my little girl was born. That said, I do still have them sitting around the house to look at. I have a rotating set of favorites in a glass jewelry case on my dresser and a jewelry tree in my office that I typically change out seasonally.

My daughter loves to look through the jewelry case and pick out her favorites (she really likes the hedgehog!). I keep the boxes in plastic tubs under the bed and funnily, she pulled out a bin the other day and had a field day opening all of the empty boxes. Seems they can serve a purpose beyond just holding charms in :-)

I haven't bought a new charm in years, but I still have some of them on display in my room. My daughter is two and a half and likes to look at them. I imagine she'll want to wear them when she's old enough. I am more into Pandora now as far as jewelry goes but I miss the glory days of Juicy charms for sure!

i bought all of them, the snowglobe, caviar, egg!!! (& they don't show the inside... OOOOOOO the WAIT of WHAT COULD b inside?!!) and the Russian Babuska -- & hedgehog. I've spent a ridiculous amount of money in a v short time... but my kids are grown (well one is in college the other is 14) i don't drink coffee, color my own hair... only thing i do are my eyebrows. my husband has NO Idea how cheap he has it :-/

i actually like the mini... IF I KNOW that is what they r selling- "instead" i got confused w/ the "make your own" and the "newer" minis... and i'm in love w/ keyfobs.

and let me just say. I went to see Tracy Morgan last night and EVERY SINGLE person, guy and gal had on BLONG SOMEWHERE on their body.
i was buying track suits early May... like 2 months later the "TRACKISBACK" phrase comes out... ya. so i even brought track suits back. you are welcome ;-P

and i just discovered "miss me" blinged out bedazzled jeans. i'm old-- so first time around, i could (but did not) have my own UNIQUE design... but if people can wear sparkle on their butts. i've got no problem w/a large jewel encrusted J.C. logo to go walk the dog in ...
but i am starting to really like the vintage beaded sleeves tops... and jackets (heavy as heck) as long as their r no shoulder pads.

BLING IS BACK.

I still have my favorite juicy charms, but I was reminded of them when I was last in Kate Spade and saw their cute charms!
i buy kate spade bags -- i don't really even like the JC ones (though i ebayed/ etc some) but i wouldn't carry them out. i'm a kate spade girl all along.
what i was impressed w/ JC charms, is how "heavy" they are, quality, and a few surprises here and there.
charms have been around since women have been wearing jewerly. it is our memories that connect us to an event...
or in my case, which ones i can get cheap, as many as possible (ha).

Some of those look reminiscent of the original charms. Will be interesting to see what you girls get. Although I've moved on from collecting charms, I'd be happy to see JC return to releasing larget, high quality charms in fun styles!

I just saw those new charms and ordered a couple too, can't wait to see them. I'm so hoping they are like the larger charms they used to sell. I have missed those larger charms, I stopped buying the JC charms except for a few older ones I've picked up. I bought a Pandora bracelet and have pretty much filled it up. But it's just not the sames as the JC charms, they are just so cute and detailed.
BTW, I wonder why this thread is here and not in the jewelry section.

If they start making good charms again, I'd definitely be interested in checking them out.
I miss getting excited over releases and seeing everyone's charms.
I love my Pandora but it isn't the same.

That is neat to see the comparison, I started collecting in April of last year (so not quite a year) TODAY i just got 4 display that I'm going to set up...my stuff has been boxed/ thrown in corners bc my big thing was "display" (how to). I'm still working on it, but will post a picture.... do u guys use flicker to use as a link to pictures. I would LOVE for this site to b more active...

Think about it ladies (& gents?) how much money we have spent... let's go back to enjoying them.
There are TONS & TONS of new storage ideas out since they stopped making them...

And
BTW. WERE THERE ANY CHARMS from 2015. I think 2014 is the last list I have seen...

I'd love to see a shot of your fob collection:yes: Juicy makes some great keychains/fobs, I still have a few hanging in one of my shadow boxes.
I am collecting keyfobs too. I need to get my display going... school has started & i need to keep up -- but it is so hard to sit in my "comfort me zone" w/ JC strewn about, waiting to displayed... I LOVE the keyfobs (ones w/ lots of bling) those RINGS!!
