I am worried the Fontelie bag is too big as a crossbody on those of us who are small. Would love to see it on someone who is 5'3" and average sized (asking for a friend...LOL). I am looking forward to seeing all the bags in person this winter.

After looking at the dimensions, I liken the Fontélie to a Bolide 31. I’m tall, so I’m excited about a bag that doesn’t make me look like I’m carrying my 5’2” daughter’s bag — your friend’s height.

I think its size feeds into the casual vibe.

I empathize with petite to average height clients in regards to certain bag sizes, or strap lengths. The Fontélie will probably be (more of) a hand carried bag for you all.

I’m on the opposite end of the spectrum — strap drops are always 3-5” too short for me.

Thank you! Yes, the color is so interesting. It photographs almost purple, but is a deep royal blue bordering on navy in indoor lighting. It’s darker in person than in the pictures on the website and I’m very happy with that!

Oh no! Lol you cannot pit Moreau against Duclos lol that's a sin! Maybe yes with Goyard, but Duclos is definitely waaaaaaaay above those 2 brands!

Okay it looks like I have to wait till I go to Paris to pat some Duclos bags and tell the difference

OMG this leather is amazing. Yesterday I did the dumbest thing - didn’t notice I was sporting a blob of body lotion when I was putting the bag away. Of course some got on the front of the bag. I right away dabbed it with a damp cloth and then left it alone.

Today it’s like it never happened. Whew.
