I received this for Hanukkah from my DH. It is similar to a necklace that I saw in the window of Harry Winston yesterday. This was made by my jeweler.

I also got this recently. I saw something similar on the cover of a BG catalog. I gave it to my jeweler and asked him to make it for me. I picked all the stones. The chain is adjustable.

Those opals are amazing! I assume they're Boulder opals [emoji7]

I think I even know the necklace Meg saw.....I think it's Kimberly McDonald? I saw similar in the Mitchell's catalog....love love love opals with diamonds...wow!!! [emoji7][emoji7][emoji7]

Thanks, yes they are. I had an assortment to pick through. My jeweler lived for years in Australia and has some great sources for stones.

Yes, indeed it is very similar to Kimberly McDonalds. When I saw it on the cover of the BG catalog I just couldn't stop staring at it. She has some simple pieces for sale at NAP. I have no idea how much the one on the picture cost but my jeweler was able to make exactly what I wanted for 4,500.
