why don't you use a little scotch tape? tape the chain to the back of the removable bottom part of the box. then the pendant will stay in the front & the chain won't get bunched up where you can see it. the pendant will move in the box due to its weight, but it will center itself when the box is centered.

Is that right? If it is, I'll just have to tell her to be careful when she opens it and not move it around too much.
Side note: This is the pouch it came in. I was debating on leaving it in there, but it doesn't really scream romantic lol. I mean, it's cute, but it looks better in that box.

I was actually just thinking about that. Maybe I'll go to the dollar store and buy some really crappy tape, that way it'll hold it, but won't ruin the chain when the tape needs to be removed. Good idea, thanks!

I know! I was actually very shocked to find out that it's a very popular item (even more shockingly, it was more males from what I read in the reviews) and the company I purchased it from (which is straight out of New Zealand, I might add) has sold thousands of these things since 2005. But either way, I haven't seen any around here, so I think I'm good.you did a good job!! One of my friend's boyfriends got her the same necklace, and it is absolutely stunning.
