I have a little "armoire" that my dad made for me...it looks like a side table with several drawers. Each drawer is separated into a different category (necklaces, earrings, rings) now that I write that it seems a little OCD!:shrugs::thinkin:

I have one by Mele that I got a few years ago and it works very well for me. It has 3 drawers, a top section with 4 rectangular sub-sections and a middle part for rings (6 rows), and on the back along the full height of the box is the space for the necklaces- 7 hooks where a necklace could hang freely. It is very similar to this one http://www.everyjewelrybox.com/Mele-837-11-RV1227.html but has one more drawer and no mirror on the cover

I have tried to find the perfect jewerly box and thought that it would be nice to have a thread for "luxury jewelry boxes" (mods- please feel free to delete this thread if such thread already exists- I tried to seach for it but couldn't find any).

Here are some links to manufactures that have some nice jewelry boxes in their assortment- please feel free to add links to other manufactures.

Thank you Kashmira, I've been shopping for a nice one but I only know Smythson and they're so expensive!

I can't see the jewellery boxes in the LV site? Which category are they under?

I saw one gorgeous jewellery box at LV in Paris but it was a brand new model so I don't think that it is on their webpage. I liked everything with it except for the price!

This is mine...it was custom made for a dealer and the drawers each have a plexiglass cover so that they can be used at antiques shows.

Ascella: Thanks for the link! I tried to search before I started this thread and nothing came up. I'll check it out.

mistikat: Wow, that's a great looking piece. I wish I had enough jewelry to fill something that big. :D Thanks for sharing!

I just have a classic rosewood jewelry box. It's about 1 1/2 feet tall, has a top lip with mirror, 3 drawers and side panels on each side. My dad brought it back from Okinawa several years ago.

The good thing for me is that I actually do use the drawers as display cases at shows so it is very versatile and useful!
