I saw that this morning. (I've been stalking it.) Unfortunately, they've closed the e-shop, which makes it that much more difficult for me to get the bag I want.

They sent an email saying to phone the store if there was anything you want.

I'm staying far away, my wallet can't afford it!

I thought I was on the e-mail list, but I'm apparently not. Rats. However, I DID e-mail the store - because I've been saving up and waiting until I could pounce. They've sold out of the (just out!) bag I want, so they're calling the Paris store to see if they can get one. I'm just waiting to hear back. :woot:

Oh that's frustrating. I have had good luck with talking or emailing with them...they sometimes have stuff that's not on the e-Shop or in the store in the back room. Hope they can turn one up for you from Paris!

I received my leopard, Johan on Friday, but sent it back. It was too small. I don't know how I overlooked the dimensions. I think I confused it with the Carlos (?) which is larger. Plus, the one that I received looked not in top condition, on some parts of it, although it had all the tags on it. I immediately e-mailed the discount online store, that I had bought it from, to arrange a return. Then I drove it to UPS and the UPS guy was just arriving, perfect timing.

The hazards of shopping online. Glad you were able to send it back quickly. The Johan is described as a carry all but does look small to me. There was another style Pedro that was like the Johan but also bigger. Not sure if he brought it back this season.

I love the Carlos but never bought one because it doesn't have an outside pocket. It's a little thing that makes a big difference to me!

Before ordering I made sure that it was returnable, just in case. Since Jerome is not in tons of stores, to take a look at the bag before ordering online, then sometimes it's risk taking when ordering. But, it all turned out fine. You win some, you lose some. :smile1:

Hi JD ladies!
I have three Dreyfuss bags so far: a burgundy Billy M (from last winter), a peach Igor (from SS 2012) and my latest arrival: a red Bobi from the FW 2012 collection. I bought the Billy online and got the other two on my visits to Paris.
Each Paris trip = a JD bag :D

I'm thinking of getting a Carlos this fall, maybe in the new Viper leather. I saw it when buying my Bobi and the leather is gorgeous. The Max is also beautiful, but might be too big for me.
I've been drooling over the new collection since the first pics came out. Time to start planning my next trip :graucho:

I love the viper and the Carlos looks particularly amazing! If you get it please post pics. I thought it was snakeskin but it looks like it's really nicely embossed leather, which is great for people who don't like exotics or who live in places where they are illegal.

Unfortunately I didn't buy any of mine in Paris...all bought at the NY store or online.

I'm hoping to return to Paris in september or october, I'll definitely post pics! The Viper is calfskin leather that is cut to look like snakeskin, really amazing! The SA's said it would age well and the leather had been extensively tested to see if the little parts wouldn't come loose.
I love the JD python bags, but would be afraid to ruin the skin! And the price is a bit too high for now :p

I also like the "Kilt" Carlos on the JD website, but would have to see it in real life I think.
