IIRC Bill Gates said something similar about China having more high IQ people than the US simply because they had a larger population. [the top 1% of China would include more people than the top 1% of the US - it’s just numbers]. I agree, very few high 1%ers are what I would call nice people. Spending $500 million on a yacht while claiming to be concerned about the climate, umm, that is a no for me. :tdown:

Yes, but he can take off the velvet costume and put on a tee shirt and look normal. She will have the cartoon-type plastic surgery until she decides to go back under the knife.

Looking at her photos through the years, she has always had the very large chest (ahem) and the lips, so maybe it isn’t as fake as it looks. Her waist, though, is very tiny.

Not that any of us really care and as I said she was unknown to me before Bezos, but here's a before. She's still very recognizable, unlike so many in her world.1.jpg2.jpg3.jpg

She knew what she wanted and went after it. Being with a broke man was never part of the plan.
She is ruthless and relentless in her pursuit of men.
It would be interesting to know what Mackenzie is thinking about the whole situation.

The idea is so foreign to me because my mother drilled it into me to always be able to support myself no matter what, so going after a rich guy was never the end goal. I've tried to drill the same thing into my daughter.
After working my butt off for years, I must admit I'm a little over it, and wouldn't mind being a lady who lunches and can work out regularly. I recently told my daughter after a particularly frustrating day at work to make sure she marries rich. She looked at me like I'd lost my mind and asked me what about love first? I said pffft it's overrated. She proceeded to give me a lecture until she realized I didn't really mean it.
Women like Lauren and TW who chase rich men just bug me. At least Lauren has some of her own accomplishments, which is more than most gold diggers can claim.

Yes, it'd be interesting. Regardless of the wealth, there must have been pain. On the other hand, when she got 38 billion in the divorce, she could busy herself with all kinds of things for distraction.
