I guess when you have so much money to burn, a person might do cosmetic stuff just because the money is there.

Yes, of course. It's just that I never saw her before getting with Bezos, so I thought she always had that cartoon character look... but she once looked like a more natural beauty.

Ane quite frankly, being a natural beauty is so much more impressive than being a store-bought one. IMO.

She was a well-known LA tv reporter for several years before she married well. JeffB is not her first wealthy man, maybe first billionaire. This is why several of us respect her for her achievements. As a single mom, she has raised her kids, educated herself and moved up. Clothing choices aside, she lived the dream on her own terms.

In my friends group, it is like mass hysteria. All very pretty women and then one starts one thing and some follow.
It is keeping up with the Jones with procedures. When looking at old pictures it can be jarring.:lol:
Then you can’t say nada because it would be bullying and make the recipients feel bad.

I totally agree with you, I am always way more impressed by natural beauty. Unfortunately, I don’t think many people care anymore.

I’ve thought about that a lot, what would I get done if I had the money to do it? I like to think I would accept myself, but who can say?

Oh yes, you are so right, I shouldn't let him off the hook either! In that velvet suit, he actually looked in the mirror and thought that was a good choice. He looks a bit like a Bond villain getting ready to sit down at the roulette table.

When I read about him saying that, I was sort of disappointed because I thought he was at least somewhat smart. The talk about 100 Mozarts just goes to show he isn't really that smart. And I don't even need to explain why it's dumb talk.

I don't actually care if both of these people were rich or not. Even if they were in regular professions or even dirt poor, I probably still wouldn't like them. There's just something about their personalities that instinctively makes you go 'ick'. I'd be happy to be proven wrong but I doubt I'll ever meet either one.
