Thanks! I’m loving it so far. I first saw this on the website, and it reminded me of the small 19 flap. When my SA showed it to me at the store, I knew I needed to add this to my collection. To me this bag is lighter than my small 19. The metal on the 19 is more substantial in my opinion.
Dimensions of both this bag and the 19 are very similar (this bag: 6.6 x 10.5 x 4.3 in; small 19 flap: 6.2 x 10.1 x 3.5 in). Even though the leather is caviar, it is pretty pliable. This makes it roomier inside than a M/L classic. I don't necessarily carry a lot but my M/L classic is too small for my liking. I feel like I have to cram my things in it. In this handbag I can carry the same things I carry in my small 19 with room to spare. I usually carry my car keyfob and keyholder in the interior zippered compartment. I also carry a flap card holder, small pouch (holds misc. items like hair clips/ties, lipstick, lip balm, and eye drops), compact, sunglasses (soft or hard case), and my phone.
The strap length on this bag is about the same as the 19 flap (roughly 20 inches). I will post a pic of this bag on me tomorrow.
For now I posted what the 19 flap looks like on me. This bag hangs the same as the 19 on me. I’m right at 5 feet tall.
Although there are similarities between the two bags, they are very different to me. They have different looks and I love both for very different reasons.

I don’t think it’s heavy. If you’ve tried on the small 19 flap it’s heavier than this bag. I also love that it’s caviar leather and I don’t have to baby it. I’m very happy with my purchase
