Eissa reminds me of a baby/toddler Janet.
Eissa inherited 2 of Janet's most notable features her big cheeks and big brown eyes. But he also seems to have Janet's very slight chin cleft and the small but wide nose Janet had as a baby/toddler.

I don't think you want to do what Janet alleges does with the injections and pills. Working out all hours of the day only does so much and she has to eat to get the energy.
It's been documented how she was illegally getting her injections and pills under an assistant's name and that was decades ago, well before her metabolism slowed in her 50s.
Her ability to lose weight but not have an unhealthy looking weight loss is crazy. Regardless of what she's doing, even if it's assisted, it doesn't have an unhealthy appearance to it.
