The way she drops weight so fast and gets snatched is pure sorcery! She looks great and happy.
I'd love to know her secret. In the past, according to various reports, she got in trouble for using other people's names to obtain her prescriptions from a Malibu pharmacy. The only things I remember were the diet drugs and antidepressants.

In any case, I wonder how healthy it is to drop the weight so darn fast. Because that was really fast!

Janet (in past interviews) and people she has worked with have said over the years that when prepping for a tour that she eats clean (on a diet), works out with a trainer, and also has rehearsals where she runs through the show a few times in a day (so dancing a lot of the day). So I think that is how she is able to lose weight quick and ends up with a relatively toned body.

Janet's choreographer/creative director did an interview just a few weeks ago (http://www.etonline.com/news/223963...ate_of_the_world_tour_secrets_post_baby_body/) and said that this is what Janet was doing as preparation for the State Of The World Tour : was on a diet, trained/worked-out for an hour or so prior to rehearsing the staging of the show, Janet worked on routines with an assistant choreographer while her dancers would each individually have to perform one of the routines individually, then Janet/her dancers/her band would do run-throughs of a 1 hour and 45 minutes show up to 5 times in a day, and then she would go home after rehearsals/sometimes work-out after rehearsals. So Janet was doing that for quite a few weeks leading up to the tour with some rehearsals being up to 16 hours of the day.

Sad situation. Janet has never seemed to have the best luck with men. Though she has had 4 serious relationships we always find out something went down in the relationship after it ends. With James Debarge she had to deal with his physical abuse towards her and the fact that he was a drug addict and she would have to search for him when he was strung out (at the time Janet was doing this she was just a teenager). With Rene Elizondo he tried to play mind games and tried to get a decent portion of Janet's money once they divorced but ended up with a small fraction of what he asked for/thought he was owed. With Jermaine Dupri he admitted to cheating on Janet. And with Wissam Al Mana she apparently endured verbal abuse.

When I saw that Janet was performing her song "What About" live in 2017 on the State Of The World tour amid a divorce I had to question that once I first saw that was part of the State Of The World tour setlist. While yes the State Of The World tour does have Janet performing more of her socially conscious songs in addition to hits. But adding "What About" to the setlist which is a song about Domestic Abuse made me think Janet was trying to give insight of what caused the breakdown of her marriage to Wissam...considering Janet hasn't performed the song since The Velvet Rope Tour/Era. "What About" was first performed back in 1998 during The Velvet Rope era and was on The Velvet Rope album. The song "What About" itself was mentioned by Janet (also by Jimmy Jam) a song Janet wrote about the domestic abuse she endured during her relationship with James Debarge (which is seemingly public knowledge that James/his family/some Jacksons have admitted that not only was he a drug addict but he cheated on Janet as well as also being verbally abusive, mentally abusive, and physically abusive). With "What About" being performed on the State Of The World Tour the staging of "What About" live on State Of The World tour definitely seems like you interpret that Janet is referencing her 4 previous serious relationships. Especially because the overall lyrics of "What About" address different elements of domestic abuse (physical, mental/emotional, verbal, and cheating) therefore making elements of the lyrics "What About" true of her 4 past serious relationships. Then at the end of the performance she points to the 4 female dancers on stage who danced out the lyrics and then points to herself and says "This Is Me" before becoming emotional.

I'm too old to fall for that. And I've seen and heard too much.
