All the Kennedy sisters wrinkled early... Eunice, Jean. For some reason, I assumed they were smokers, but it's genetics. Look at Kara as well as Caroline. Even Ethel, who was always more Kennedy than the Kennedys.

Oh well, they have much more going on than wrinkles...

Yeah, but I don't think it's only sun and smoking that damage skin, genes are the most important factor. I took a lot of sun until I was about 20 years old, my farther had a boat and we were out almost every day in summer and there was no sun screen in the 60's and 70's. This notwithstanding my skin is super smooth considering my age (67) people think I'm at least 10 years younger. I've taken after my mum, she died age 88 and had very few wrinkles.

I don't have wrinkles but I've had melanoma from the sun damage done when I was young

I agree. Sun causes sun spots, less elasticity and leathery skin. Smoking can cause sagging, uneven skin tone, smokers lip lines, etc. but the Kennedy wrinkled faces are related to genetics. Caroline is not sagging, not leathery, not a lot of pigmentation, just wrinkles like many of the Kennedy women.

Completely agree.

I had such negative feelings about Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg after what she did to the Bessette/Freeman family, but I do admire her staying true to herself, as you said.
