from what I've heard about Lee, she was pretty "wild" (for lack of a better word)
Jackie wanted to marry Onasis for his money and the privacy/protection it would bring but I don't see her cavorting in front of the staff. Onasis must have seen her as a big prize. would he have mistreated/embarrassed her prior to marrying her?

he did not care, imo.
I don’t think she would just get started while staff was present but if the majordome happened to walk in, I doubt she cared.
She grew up with help and looked at them as furniture. Period.
No middle class mentality for her.
remember JFK was canoodling with young women in the Whitehouse swimming pool.

that was him (JFK), not her. I think you and I will have to agree to disagree on this one.
BTW I always recall the documentary about Nora Ephron. She was a Kennedy white house aide. She said he was the most handsome man she'd ever seen. Imagine the temptation. Not justifying his behavior but anyway...

I guess looks are in the eyes of the beholder, but "The most handsome man she'd ever seen"?? Mmmkay. I think many women find power sexy but to me he was mostly teeth. His son was way more handsome than he ever was, IMO.

I would probably agree with the last part. JFK Jr was beautiful....a perfect combination of mother and father....caroline not as fortunate

JFK Jr was beautiful, but that did not come from JFK (although he was handsome too, in a Kennedy way.) He didn't even have the Kennedy big teeth.

Caroline is the perfect example of having Kennedy genes.

JFK Jr got his good looks from his mother's side of the family and the rumour about his father, who knows.

In the 90s he was my definition of the most perfect looking man (in the looks department) and I would buy any magazine he was in lol.

See, I don’t get this because his Mother wasn’t attractive imo. She wasn’t ugly, per se, but she was no Monica Belluci.

Theirs was one of my favourite celeb weddings. So understated and the venue and lighting were perfect. And yes she looked amazing. I wish there were better photos though as most I’ve seen are so grainy.

2 things the Kennedy women got going for them, thick beautiful hair and no matter how many babies they carry, they stay slim.
Caroline does look patrician and has so much going on in her life, I doubt that she cares much about her looks.
She could have been my senator…

I think the Kennedy genes worked better for the boys than for the girls

The women wrinkle like crazy. All the sisters. Saw a closeup of Caroline and she also had more than her fair share. It's a Kennedy thing.

But I agree - the hair is great and staying slim is wonderful.

ETA - Here's an example. She can have a dozen facelifts and it won't get rid of the wrinkles. Sagging yes, but she's not sagging! It's a Kennedy thing with these wrinkles.
