I actually asked an SA about it yesterday (yes, Ive been to the outlet three days in a row now!) and the tag in the case said $49, so she said "oh its just the $49 minus 20%" Today I asked about it again as it was the only pink one (they had white too) and she said "let me scan it" Sure enough it was discounted further than the $49, so with the coupon it was $23. I love when the SA actually takes the time to check on prices, not just assumes they know.
