I sent a photo of the damage to my local SA. She said I should bring it in for them to look at and if it could be repaired, it would be at a fee to me. Although if it's just $35, I'll probably do it, I also say if it's just $35, Coach should eat this to do right by those who bought a bag with known hardware issues. I'll let you know what I find out!

May I ask to see if you have an update on whether Coach agrees to fix yours? I have an Alpine Moss with the same problem...

Yes, I took it into my local store & they sent it away. I was charged $35. It was returned in about 3 weeks. Pulls are perfect & I noticed a few weeks later that they put 2 more brand new pulls in the zip pocket. I was happy with the overall experience.
If you have a store near you, I'd take it in & have them send it away. That way, they see the damage & can write it up appropriately.

Thank you Teagaggle for the update! Your answer is music to my ears! I'll definitely send it in and get it fixed. I was going to let it go on Ebay, but it's too special and timeless for me to do that just because of the hardware.
