I dont think it was released in the US. I was also looking for it but most were sold out by the time I started my search. Ended up finding a mini square from reseller in Australia

Looking for the mini square red and gold hardware in the pure (no quilting). Happy to allow the PS to keep the tax back but that's all.

I think you only get VAT refund if you have a passport and you show that you leaving the country so I don't think you'll find a Personal Shopper that will be able to sell you a bag. I have a personal shopper in Europe, but you have to consider the Paypal fee, shipping and their time to go purchased and ship to you.
