Don't say that! I usually just wait a while after using my items to get them heat stamped, usually around 3 months, because then I know that any issue that pops up is more than likely my fault at that point so it'll be okay to get it heat stamped.

Thnx LVT for starting this thread..have an issue as well.....should I be worried of the corking/piping of Sarah Retiro wallet that i purchased yesterday? If you check the pictures, there's a crack on the top left side (see pic) where the flap folds but the other side is perfect. Should I exchange or get it fixed? I wanna start using it tomorrow..

It's hard to tell on your pictures because the resolution is low, but the small gap is completely normal in the space where the "top" folds. Even if you get it reglazed, it will show again. This is how the wallet is constructed to allow for the repeated bending. While at the store, you should compare with the other wallets. You'll see a similar construction. I hope this helps.
