Is it still worth getting the Neverfull in 2020?

That "School of Affluence" channel was on my recommended feed on YouTube. I watched one of her videos out of curiosity. What a lot of nonsense. Whether or not you buy a Neverfull, I wouldn't pay any attention to that whatsoever.

For a second I thought this thread was going to be about how much the Neverfull has gone up in price since you lusted after it as a student! I purchased a GM in 2012 and it was £510.00, and it is now £1090, so at least in the UK it has more than doubled in price in eight years. I'm not sure personally that I think it's worth that price tag (even though it does come with the pochette now) but let's face it, it's only going to continue to go up in price, so if you still like it, buy it!

I don't place any value at all on how many people have a bag, how many people have fake versions of a bag, etc. Vuitton is one of the most counterfeited brands in the world. It's bad, but it doesn't affect me personally. I buy it knowing I have the real deal, and that's all that matters to me.

I have my Neverfull also for 10 years now. I had it touched up once this year (repair of the handles which after 10 years wore through) and it is still the most practical and functional bag I have!
Even if it is not the most interesting design, it just looks classic, matches everything and is supersturdy. It is a great comrade.

If you like it, get it. You will get use out of it for sure. I for myself never hear about what other people think. If I like it I get it or keep it.

The Neverfull is a great bag! I have it in monogram canvas and I use it for work. It holds my laptop and files and other stuff, literally lives up to it's name - it's never full! I love it so much. It was also my first "branded" bag so I'm really proud of it.

Buy it if it fits your needs and if you like the design. Don't bother about what others think, unless they're paying for it :coolio:.

I love mine! I thought about the neo noe as my 2nd bag however I feel like the NF can be used as so much more than just an everyday carry bag...i.e. diaper bag, work bag, etc. If you want , you can cinch the bag and it has a different silhouette, very very veristile if you ask me. I purchased it now before anymore other price increases occur. I’m thinking of purchasing it in monogram ASAP

I was also one of those people that thought owning a NF was too "common." But then I found my unicorn Stephen Sprouse graffiti NF and I HAD to have it! After seeing it on Fashionphile and seeing how incredibly beautiful it was, I knew it was meant for me. I've wanted a Stephen Sprouse LV since it came out in the early 2000's, but couldn't afford it back then. So once I saw it on FF—although I struggled with it because of its price—I bought it. I am so happy that I did, and everyone's right about the NF, it's a workhorse and so handy. I absolutely love it!
