I don't mean this in a bad way to other LV bags, but this is the one that I really like. The print and the braiding....

No problem — I know their bags are not everyone’s cup of tea . I am glad (and a bit surprised) you like this one with the braiding. This is the first time they made this classic style in this print. I have this style in pink and black leather. I am thinking of adding one in coated canvas either in cream or brown. I need to think about it some more as to whether this should be my only real bag purchase this year . Actually, this may be last LV bag purchase (ever?) because it will make the # of LV bags I have to be a nice even number. My weird personality dictates the number of bags I have must be even or divisible by another number

Maybe you ladies can help me decide on my (hopefully ) one real handbag this year. I have not preordered it yet (may be too late since it’s a new bag being released tomorrow) — I love the look of this one so much. It’s light pink inside . But it is a cream color bag so one accidental pen mark will ruin it . I would wear it year round (don’t care if others think it’s a summer bag ). I am considering the same bag in brown (no special braided handles though) which is more practical but more common. Or maybe another bag. I am having a hard time deciding not because I don’t like it but I feel pressured to choose the best/right bag since I hope to buy only one bag this year. Thanks.

I love this bag...the braided handles with the brown is a great detail.

I don't one any DA but my friend carries hers all year long too and it looks great!

Thanks again to everyone who gave advice and opinion on the bag I posted yesterday. I got excited after all our discussions and texted my SA who said she had one in store today. I had to see it for myself to make a decision. It is pretty but not love for me . Hard to explain, maybe the lighting made the cream color trim near the bottom not as attractive as I thought it would be. Just something about it didn’t work for me. She also had the brown version today (my lucky day as these bags are hard to find these days). I love the brown version a lot! But chose something else instead as a super early BD bag. It‘s still a few months away but I didn’t want to risk any problem with my credit card online again if we have to order it in advance due to no inventory in store.

This is pretty! reminds me a bit of the MK Ava i had(my oldest has procession of it now lol) Glad you went with what spoke to you that will give better results in the long run, enjoy!

Now that you mentioned it, I went back and looked at the picture of the other one and I see what you mean. The cream color trim doesn't exactly match. I like the bag you picked much better! Is it about the same size as Callie? Happy early birthday!

ETA: And, as long as I'm nitpicking, I don't care for the stitching on the bag you rejected. It is distracting.

Thanks Jen . I didn’t know if it was cool to get my BD gift a few months ahead of time but didn’t want to waste time or gas making another trip later. Maybe I should keep it in the dustbag till it gets closer to my real BD or Anniv.
