I just made this a few days ago....it is gone now.
I buy a bag of overly ripe bananas from the market. Peel and freeze them. Then I take two frozen bananas out and I like peanut butter ice cream so I mix the two frozen bananas with peanuts or peanut butter in my blender and make soft serve ice cream. Sometimes, I'll throw in a bit of cocoa powder for chocolate PB ice cream and during the holidays there may be a dash of mint too.
So this is my life right now.
We have a customer who has decided that his bill is $300 not the $471 it clearly shows he owes. No explanation. No but this charge is wrong. Nope. Just this is what I am paying you so adjust my bill to what I have decided it should be.
I declined his offer and told him if he chose not to pay his bill in full, he may no longer be a customer of ours now or in the future.
He sent me an email this morning saying he was ruining me at 150 places across the Atlanta Metro area, would have me fired by telling my boss about my unprofessional threats, and exclaimed that I really don't know how important a man he was in his community.
I told Kim Jong-Un Junior that my boss already knew about our interactions as of yesterday and he could now speak to the manager exclusively. Contact info attached.
I walked into work this morning and my boss came into my office laughing at this guy's letter to him. Bye, Felicia!
Ugh! It would almost be funny to have a little Korean man threatening a genuine Sicilian from Jersey but even I can't get excited about such a mismatch. Stick even offered to be the bat I swat him with to make him go away.

I don't know. My boss just came into my office and laughed all about it so my guess is the little dictator who tried is going to be an ex-customer. We'll see. Stay tuned...
