I've been crying off and on. My neighbor's sweet dog passed away this morning. I'd bring both my neighbor's dogs over to come hang out with us for a few hours so they wouldn't be so lonely during the day when their mommy was at work. She loved hanging out in my kitchen. She was super sweet, smart and the friendliest dog ever. She was 14/15 years old.

Awww poor baby with that sweet face. I’m so sorry. I feel like you’ve had to deal with a lot of dogs passing away lately.

I am having a hard time getting motivated to use a real/regular handbag (it’s been almost 5 months since I last used one). When I do go out (for a quick errand), I am still in the same LeSportsac (that I used to take only for hospitals/doctors). I don’t even use my other new LeSportsac bags. So I feel guilty for wanting to buy a new bag .

Guess no one on the island has this problem, right?
I just changed my bag. I'd been in the same Coach Edie since March and starting feeling silly for not changing although I have no idea why because I'm not going anywhere. Oh well.

Aww. I get so attached to dogs and cats. I've met some new pups in the neighborhood because everyone walks their dogs these days. Our dog Bella doesn't necessarily like all of them, but we're working on relationships. Sorry for your neighbors and you.

So this is my life right now.

We have a customer who has decided that his bill is $300 not the $471 it clearly shows he owes. No explanation. No but this charge is wrong. Nope. Just this is what I am paying you so adjust my bill to what I have decided it should be.

I declined his offer and told him if he chose not to pay his bill in full, he may no longer be a customer of ours now or in the future.

He sent me an email this morning saying he was ruining me at 150 places across the Atlanta Metro area, would have me fired by telling my boss about my unprofessional threats, and exclaimed that I really don't know how important a man he was in his community.

I told Kim Jong-Un Junior that my boss already knew about our interactions as of yesterday and he could now speak to the manager exclusively. Contact info attached.

I walked into work this morning and my boss came into my office laughing at this guy's letter to him. Bye, Felicia!

Ugh! It would almost be funny to have a little Korean man threatening a genuine Sicilian from Jersey but even I can't get excited about such a mismatch. Stick even offered to be the bat I swat him with to make him go away.:coolio:

Your morning joy. When you think you've had a day today, remember me.
Ugh. Someone bragging about who they are is almost an instant turnoff to me.

Sorry House to hear about your Mom’s recent hospitalization—hope all goes well with her recovery at home. It’s a diffcult time for everyone with elderly (or near elderly) parents since they are most at risk during the pandemic. All we can do is just hope for the best.
So true. I also learned that my dad was not going to change some behaviors no matter what. So I sometimes think that for all the suggestions and frustration I felt, my time would probably have been better spent accepting that an 85+ year old was not going to change, and I needed to try to enjoy him for what he was. He never let anyone know when he didn't feel well. This did not turn out well sometimes!!

Almost everything is better with onions, right?

Same can be said of bacon .

I finally changed to one of my two new LeSportsac — it felt like a small step towards normalcy for me. I will need to make a bigger effort to get out of this pandemic rut (maybe by buying a new bag ).

I'm sorry. A respectable age though. I lost my favorite dog at 12.(German Shepard, our first "baby" )
