It is funny as I know I said I didn’t like the scented sanitizers, but it reminded me we started buying the bath and body store hand soaps. We mainly get the mild scents like vanilla or lemon, but I have liked them fine. They have them on sale once in a while so we have a few extras. Also the sanitizer overbuying has extended across the country. We have no cases but stores are sold out. I think it is from the news and how they keep telling people that.

and I totally agree with the other conversation re it sounds like many hardly get sick at all, and it is just more worrisome about spreading it to the elderly.

Glad to know that you are ok with their lovely soap. I haven’t tried the lemon scent. I normally buy their soaps on sale (4 for $20, etc) so it was hard to buy all the stuff at regular price, lol, but I had to buy enough to get free shipping. I am glad your state doesn’t have any cases yet — hopefully it will stay that way. It is spreading despite what some are saying (no “hoax” for sure).

Agreed. That hoax statement was beyond ignorant.

I need some retail therapy. Kinda want to buy the black turnlock hobo since it is a bag I have been eyeing on and off for a few years and I own only one black hobo (not Coach or LV ). But 95% sure I won’t buy it since I am still one bag over my maximum limit with no solution to it in sight.

Hi guys! I have many pages to catch up on... again... I just wanted to leave this meme I saw that reminded me of @BeachBagGal lol.
hhah love it!!! ❤️ Funny my co-worker just showed me the same one. Lol

My BBW hand sanitizers (regular and pocket size) arrived!!! And an extra thing of soap. They smell so good. Thanks to everyone for their comments/support regarding my crazy week. I saw some online post saying the only thing spreading faster than the C-virus is idiocy, lol. But this thing is very real indeed. My friend’s elderly parents are currently on the cruise ship that is being held on the coast of CA while everyone on board is being tested .
I see some yummy scents. I wonder what toasted coconut smells like!

That must be stressful waiting to hear that everyone's okay. I'm sorry for your friend's family and everyone so close to the virus.

There aren't any confirmed cases near me yet, but the stores are sold out of all hand sanitizer, cleaning wipes etc. The ones that have TP, gloves, baby wipes, and diapers are rationing them out 2 per person. We have enough of what we need, but I feel for those who can't get things they need.

Here is a picture I took not too long ago that shows a lot of my charms.
Here are a few pictures of some on vintage bags.
I am with you @whateve, I just love charms. I've started to collect some of the older ones too. They have so many neat details.
Well now I'm jealous. Thumper is my favorite, mainly because he's twitterpated (sp?) Lol Bambi is mine and my dad's favorite movie. Aside from the jungle book,of course.

This is the bouquet one I'm talking about. It's so pretty.
I'm not sure really which one I would put it on though. Vintage or not. Lol I've not really come across any older ones yet. Everyone seems to want to get rid of the newer ones so that must speak to the quality of the older ones.
I have this charm except the background is tan. If you would like it, send me a PM with your address and I will send it to you!

It’s getting really crazy though. My coworkers have said that masks, gloves, and wipes have been getting stolen and they now have to be rationed because patient’s families have been taking that stuff.

Honestly, it is really annoying that people are going overboard, especially since most people would not feel any sicker than a common cold or respiratory illness. For example, I have had a cold or respiratory thing going on for 10 days now--and I haven't had anything like this in a long time, thankfully-- but even though there are points in the day I feel bad, I often feel great/fine. And no, I don't have the coronavirus! lol. But my point being--I don't feel the need to be extra cautious to avoid this type of illness because most of the time I have avoided it. And I try not to share too many germs with my family, but I haven't gone overboard about the whole thing. I just hope the panic wears off soon, and people become more sensible.

If anything I hope it will make more people wash their hands regularly lol

I’m more worried for my BFs Dad who is late 60s and a smoker, and also my Grandmother who is almost 90 and recently diagnosed with lung cancer (due to smoking :( ).

It is annoying but on the other hand, it would be annoying if people were cavalier about spreading the disease. When my kids were young, people didn't think there was anything wrong with taking their kids out when they had chicken pox because they assumed it was a mild disease to kids. Well, I was pregnant when I got chicken pox. It was scary there for awhile. The hospital was going to put me in isolation. It turned out okay because I had a mild case and it was cleared up before the baby was born but if it hadn't cleared up, he would have had complications.

DH is high risk since he has heart disease, and I'm high risk because I have asthma, so in our case, I feel we can't be cautious enough. However, I don't get why people are going crazy over toilet paper.

It will make more people wash their hands while it lasts — people have short memory. In addition to my DD’s suitemates not washing their hands, apparently they don’t flush the toilet either :( (only when there’s a post it note saying Please Flush, lol)
