I probably won't be the popular one for saying this--- I miss LT of course, but I have never been one to be into all of the man pics in here (hot or non, lol). Part of it is that if you don't know the pics have been added and you open this thread, well, if you are not in a private location, it can be a bit surprising!Sometimes there are pages of pics and they are always large files.
Me too! That is exactly how I viewed the hots/not hots.I really miss them! Sometimes the non hots made my day especially if it was a tough day.
I already picked out DH's Christmas gift to me. It's a large slg - clutch from MM in a special leather. I am not planning more bags at the moment, but you never know. It’s great to hear you have enjoyed some beautiful outdoor walks this fall. May I ask if you walk alone or with others? Just curious as to if that makes a difference in terms of motivation and enjoyment. I am barely hanging in there — I did my 1 mile Mon and Thurs so far this week. I won’t be able to today (due to being on the road later for probably 4 hours) — maybe I can this weekend? I enjoy it when I do it. But sometimes I am just too wiped out and really need to use that 20 minutes to sit and chill and properly surf the web.
I can’t buy any more bags as stated earlier. I am maxed out in terms of my number (It is a lot more than what you have but a lot lot less than others, lol.). Given my current situation, I don’t have much time to use my new ones or my really nice ones. I am in my easy casual workhorse bags (like my LC or new Dooney) the first half of everyday. Then I might switch out to a nicer “fancier” one for the rest of the day. Not enough time to enjoy really. I am hoping in time, I will have the opportunity to enjoy all my bags more fully. It would be great IF I can NOT buy any bags for all of next year — or IF I can part with 4-5 bags next year. But I can’t imagine trying to make those bag decisions or having the time to sell.
For All Ban Islanders—will you be buying any new bags the rest of 2019? Either for yourself or being gifted for the holidays?
That's terrible! Sorry that happened to you.I’m soooo bummed. I just discovered that my DF poison apple bag charm fell off my bag.I loved that charm! I’ve been all over downtown last night and today so I couldn’t even begin to retrace my steps. I thought I had it securely wrapped. Obviously not. Ugh. And I never buy bag charms.
I found a green Ace satchel with no strap for $60! It was so dry! I conditioned it with one coat of leather CPR and she immediately started glowing!

So many lovely projects by your littles! They did a really great job.Hi Iam, I saw your gorgeous new LV on the November thread. So beautiful and I love the pink. I love your attitude about the corners—life IS too short to worry about such things so let’s all just enjoy our bags and what we love!
It’s been busy but all good. I love my class and we are having so much fun. We’ve wrapped up Hallowe’en officially this week (I sent everything home). Here’s some of the crafts I made with my little ghosts and goblins...
Cute painted bats

My Coach Madison Sophia croc embossed I carried for Hallowe’en (she’s dressed up like the star she is).

Today is Remembrance Day so here is a picture of the little Canada flags we made last week. Cutting out these maple leaves was tricky for tiny hands but my Littles persevered and were so proud (me as well).

I have it and love it!! From 2-3 years ago I think? Around the same time the linked rogue totes came out.
Your reasoning for changing bags makes complete sense to me. The little things that can bring you joy during a time like this are so important. Hang in there, Iam.Hi TO. The bags didn’t have to be clear if within 4 in by 6 in (or about the size of an adult hand). I have a couple of very small crossbody bags but they are a tad bigger like 4 by 8, etc — I just didn’t know how strict they were at the venue. I think if you had a bag that is not “ok”, you would have to take it back to your car.
Thanks for your second post — I appreciate your kindness. Like you, I don’t have a glamorous life but really enjoy my bags (they are pretty much my only “indulgences”, my hobby of sort, lol). It may seem silly to change/use my bag for a 1/2 day only but in some ways, it makes the experience of carrying it more special (at least in my mind). Guess one should try to find and appreciate the little joy in life wherever and whenever possible.

Congrats! I love the Montaigne. It's so classy. And the shape is timeless. My latest acquisitions from all my bag sales (and one gift)! The LV Montaigne MM in black empreinte, twist wallet in Rose Ballerine (Anniversary gift), and a cles. And now I am done for a while! I was tempted by the Pochette Metis in Rose Poudre (pink) but I opted for this classic black beauty. It’s my only plain black bag at this point!
I'm ready for the rest of my bags to sell so I can have more closet space! I don’t really have a good place to put my “for sale” bags, so they are taking up valuable space on my purse shelf.
It does have a longer drop. Sometimes I use a shorter strap with it. It's a really nice smooth leather that doesn't show scratches as easily as my rogue totes.Really? Lucky you. The one thing I am not sure about is the drop length (I prefer a shorter drop around 8-9 inch, I think this duffle style has a longer drop length)
