I don't buy as much as I might because we don't have a lot of stores near us that carry much. Even less than we used to since they closed the Coach stores and took Coach out of Macy's. I don't even know what most other brands have to offer unless I happen to see them shown on tpf or while shopping when we travel. I don't normally check department store websites unless someone on tpf mentions it. My biggest weakness is ebay.

I don’t know other brand offerings either. My brain can only handle one at a time lol The last time I went to the outlet I quickly walked through Michael Kors because I used to enjoy the clothes. None of the bags looked familiar to me ha! I also did a walk through at Kate Spade just because, but nothing caught my eye there either. Every so often I browse LV site to catch up on new bags but then I become overwhelmed and click off [emoji23] When I’m feeling really brave I’ll check out YSL but I have no idea what I’m looking at there lol

DH wanted to go to the mall today to eat. He didn't believe me when I told him it would be crowded until he couldn't find a place to park. He thought shopping would magically stop after Christmas.

Haha! He must have forgot about all the people returning / exchanging gifts and spending their Christmas money. Or people like me just taking advantage of more sales [emoji23]

I am so excited for my Dark Berry! Every time I use my Charlie I am so pleased with it and how easy it is to carry and how perfectly functional it is for me. It’s in my top purchases of 2018!

This Charlie 28 size is quite handy dandy. I had the FP Minetta which is very similar to the Charlie 28. I liked that style a lot except for the tiny centre zip pocket which drove me batty to no end. The Charlie is more functional with the zip pocket going the distance across the entire width of the bag, plus the slip pocket and side compartments.

I am also loving this bag style! I feel quite indulgent with my full size Charlie in cadet with crystal rivets AND dark berry Charlie with her glitter edge coating, plus my cutie Charlie 28. Very glam and fun, they fulfill a gap in my handbag wardrobe and are so different from my Sophia’s, Rogues, Dinkys and Boroughs in their gorgeous leathers.

I’m tempted to buy one more to customize with tea roses but I feel this would be excessive. I don’t like to have too many of the same style anymore. I did it once before with 9 Sophia’s. No more. It would also doubly break my rule of no more than two bags of the same style so like it or not, I’m done. While it might seem silly, adhering (generally) to this rule keeps good control of my overall collection.

I'm sorry. That is so disappointing. I didn't even know you could block people on mercari. I also don't know how to reserve a bag. Did you just deactivate it?

I like the Charlie drop handle length. It’s easy to reach inside quickly. We went to Ikea afterwards and the Charlie hung really nicely on my arm. I was looking for battery operated candles.

My mom liked these candles so much I gave her mine. I wanted to replace them as I’m fond of the Christmas glow throughout the house.

I love this idea of a battery operated candle. I am not good with matches at all.

Charlie 28 sounds like it is perfect for you!

Maybe eventually (a while from now!) they’ll release a must have Charlie color that you can customize and it can replace something else in your collection. I do understand limiting how many of a style though as it helps your purchasing. I have 4 regular size Rogues [emoji85] And that should be the end of them for me but I can’t get over that I don’t have a single rogue with brass hardware! I prefer brass but somehow have ended up with only black copper. I’ve had my eye on the chalk rogue with oxblood handles for forever. I’d like to get one in 2019.
