Yes, I will be getting a black on black boy. Just don't know if it will be the quilted or the chevron yet.

Love it!! I really like the black hardware. Does it seem durable?

Thank you. Yes. The black hardware seems durable, as does the leather. If the shiny black hardware used is the same as the 16A reissue and 15S shiny black hardware, then it will be great, in my opinion. I have had no issues whatsoever with that hardware. I also have a white reissue from 2009 with the shiny black hardware, and it still looks great. Most of the issues with the black hardware seem to come from the quilted 2014 version, the matte hardware. That hardware had a bad tendency to fade on the CC knob, and seemed more susceptible to chipping.
