It has been quite some time since those pieces were available at the retail level. Now we must search and hunt-down the "pre-loved" market and at exceptionally marked-up prices.

Please know how much I appreciated your detailed explanation regarding the 17S so-black jumbo! I was "one of those" who passed on my pre-order after seeing only photos and reading criticical reviews of the crumpled calfskin leather on TPF. I went back and tracked down that beauty the hard-way. I was also torn on the new so black jumbo initially based on photos, but just decided to go for it. I have learned that I would rather buy a bag and return it, then regret not seeing something irl and missing out on it. Although that philosophy can be bad because I usually end up loving everything and keeping it
I would be happy to take an updated so black family photo and post it, but it might take me a few days. Also, congrats to you for finding the so black jumbo before it was too late...I am sure it fits in nicely with all of your other gorgeous jumbos ( and so black boy)
