Maybe that's why the calls as they are discontinuing it and there are clearing out their databases. I got a 2nd call minutes later about another bag and same thing, won't be getting it in. LOL It's been months so I already assumed that.one of the managers at my outlet put me into the client tracker, but she said they aren't supposed to do that any more...are they getting rid of it? i got the bag from a different outlet as a charge send so it worked out, just wondering if coach is phasing client tracker out for the new year
