Lydia selling her bags with SellierKnightsbridge

Even her 'caption' is an (oddly worded) AD!

I don't even want to think of which "charities" (plural) the 20% of whatever ("proceeds" is not a legal definition, it's a vague term means transactional exchange of indeterminable value or type) is going to. Could be all revenue, could be profits. Could be she and her mother run charities or NGOs. Could be the 20% is only applicable to the "first drop" or whatever she has designated her "private collection" within the "first drop".

And all her items have already sold it seems: https://www.sellierknightsbridge.com/collections/lydia-millen-1

God is in the details....

I thought this was such a lovely, quirky, relatable video.

Amanda seems to really love her collection she's bought pre-loved for a decade and obviously thinks about, takes care of and uses regularly. I also like she is not stuck on 'quiet' or 'flex' but makes (the) H work for her. I am not sure I would buy second-hand footwear unless never/hardly worn, but again, she does what suits her.

Really enjoyed this! Thanks!

She looked unhappy in some glances, after all she was only recently chasing for Hermes ! It is so hard to believe that any reasonable human being would do that without multiple deals. She also has everyone’s attention for that decision, so something big is surly coming up while the attention is at its peak.

Today, I wanted to write about an interaction that caught my attention—about the subject of influence and influencers.

My personal trainer is a young woman trying to stand on her own in a country that is not her own. For her to afford a Togo leather Birkin 35, she would have to save her entire salary for more than a year without spending a single cent.

Today, she told me how much she admires the Croc Birkin collection of a influencer. She asked how much she would need to save to buy a Croc Birkin.

Maybe because I don’t have a daughter, I don’t know, but influencers have never really been in my area of interest—or rather, my area of concern. But on my way home from the gym today, I kept thinking about this.

And I genuinely felt sad.

One of the many reasons we should be thankful & appreciative of what we are in a position to acquire
which many of us are & I know that I am.
Being mindful of other people's" wants" can be a very sensitive situation to discuss when many
influencers can make it all seem so commonplace as the reality of any high end designer item
needs to be put in perspective, JMO

There was a smaller creator talking about how her younger sister feels behind in life because she is unable at afford birkins at 19 years old. It’s really sad the toll these influencers have on youth.

Yikes and I thought it was rough when my family couldn’t afford Uggs and Coach growing up but that was before social media was really a thing. I couldn’t imagine being young and feeling like you should have a birkin at that age.
Social media is very impressionable & the reality of many young people thinking that a Birkin
is a fit, is very out of the park, JMO
