I love her too! She has a really nice style, I love her showing how she picks her outfits and her confidence. I also love how she isn’t over the top with anything, it’s all in her stride. Just “yeah that’s cute” “nah I’m not so into that”. I don’t feel like she’s putting on an act for viewers. Jamie fan club right here!!

YouTube is clearly not a source of income for her so she doesn’t have to cater to viewers. I doubt any amount of ads can pay for her hauls

Her fashion sense is very different from mine, but I can appreciate that she buys from a variety of brands, including small independent designers that I’ve never heard of. I also respect her appreciation for limited edition and rare pieces.

The one bad thing about Jamie is she doesn’t post anymore

I have watched her videos and feel like she is too deadpan for me. I have to fast forward through her videos. There’s no facial expressions or excitement. I’m not saying I want to hear squeals but she’s just so emotionless and I don’t know that her style is all that unique? She’s like every other influencer out there. Nothing really standout.

My honest opinion = She just looks very dead inside . No excitement and long winded talker !

I need to pay attention when she travels again to India. Her husband is an internal medicine doctor and her circle of friends throw these Royal weddings. She did have a “business” (the capes for B’s) but not sure how successful that was since I haven’t seen more of it. Her spending is not over the top like these other influencers. I think she lost credibility when she started giving advice about the Hermes appointment system. Few days ago she was talking about Hermes baits and showed a bunch of Hermes lipsticks. Maybe she forgot that she received as an Hermes gift a box full of lipsticks. Probably after she bought the desk.

It's the person who runs another blog about bags, called Purse***. Much of the content is...similar...to tPF/Purseblog content.

It's so weird to have an influencer thread where we cannot use names (since influencers' ENTIRE purpose is building a name brand).
Anyway....This particular blogger was a member here and I believe the relationship with tPF did not go well as she no longer appears to have an account. There's only one other highly hyped, extremely active blog about purses with a heavy focus on Hermès. HTH.

I’m not so certain the names aren’t allowed; rather members are too afraid to use them when speaking negatively, I think. (Obviously excluding the special case example you give where the name is censored by tpf)

This was interesting, thank you for posting it. I have never watched influencer videos, but if they are all this engaging, I finally understand why so many people do. What an arresting story. I am curious who the “doctor reseller” is who would not release the info about her stolen bags and who the big LA-based reseller is with her purple Constance. I have seen Redeluxe mentioned on tpf previously, and it is heartening to know that some of these smaller online sellers who deal mostly with unprotected payments are trustworthy, as it sounds like she did not even question taking the financial loss on the bag in order to do the right thing ethically.

I feel really bad for her. It must have felt so awful to have your personal belongings, including a sample bag loaned to you for work, blatantly listed for sale on Instagram for everyone to see.

I’m also surprised by how fast these bags traveled. They went from Paris to the US and Morocco in a matter of days?

I’m actually confused about that too. Did it go from the “doctor” and then to Morocco? And who was this lawyer and the mystery person? Was the mystery person a PI? Why did she need to contact a lawyer in the first place? Why didn’t she call the local Moroccan police?

It’s an unfortunate situation. I really feel bad about what happened to Tamara,but I can see both sides of this matter …….. The person who purchased the bags doesn’t know that her bags was stolen from a popular reseller. Either way the person will take a major lost in the wallet. Or if Tamara really wants the item back she will have to pay for it back …….. which will suck on Tamara part !

I do believe Tamara should just take this loss and be done with it . It’s been 2–3 years now . I’m happy the robbers got caught, but kiss those luxury items goodbye. You will have more bags to come dear . Also, I’m very surprised how fast these bags were moving Europe to USA soil and morocco. Wow !

I wish Tamara would but these people on blast ….. why are you protecting them? Especially if they stated the serial numbers match . You had the receipt Uploaded on YouTube. That lady dismissed you and basically told you to F off . So cruel and a doctor….. I wouldn’t want to be her patient with a demeanor like that !
