maybe you should ask for full refund, including shipping. $60 is a big deal for me. i would hate it if i got a bag that was described as mint when it's not. good luck!

i once bought a bag off ebay.. she described it as new condition, perfect and flawless, used only once.. but my when i received it.. i found deep scratches on the hardware.. the gold color was scraped off and the silver beneath was exposed. The patina looked like it was baking in the sun forever.. terribly dark and the handles were worse! :sad:

i filed a SNAD because the seller refused to admit her fault in misrepresenting the item.. i won the claim only after 3 months and lost about £70 (USD $140) due to the exchange rates and about £30 (USD $60) for shipping it back insured. Thats an awful lot of money but at least i wont have to deal with a bag that i would not use or worry about selling the bag on ebay :yes:
