Hi! I don't think that bag has a name - not all of them do, especially older ones. This could be referred to as a doctor's, haymarket, dome bag. Here's one for sale: https://poshmark.ca/listing/COPY-Burberry-vintage-doctors-bag-6308cc51a0e6c632b824e875 I don't know how old it is, but my guess would be, somewhere around 20-30 years? (But I really don't know vintage Burberry!)

I agree with you IntheOcean! I think it is about 20 years old and looks to be in excellent condition.

hi.. i am not sure if this bag is even authentic... i can't find anything like it online.. it has a stamp in the wee purse but kinda faded but you can still see it in person.. snap says fiocchi italy..the dustbag is greenish colour? does anyone know what its called? the smell smells like a genuine bag lol it has a nice smell on it. thank you

@880 It looks as if it's from Spring 2020! I don't think this is the same print as the one in your link, but the print shows up throughout the collection on scarves, blouses, etc.
