What style is this ladies and when would it have been on sale

It was called the Outlaw, and came out in 2016, I believe. There were some for sale recently in the US on the online outlet sale. I don't recognize that color combination. It's a saddle pouch. It came in three sizes. Based on the proportions, that might be the large one 9585.
