Looking for help identifying a color. Is this putty? It's a Classic Pouch Shoulder Bag made in NY City! Needs some rehab which I'm happy to do.

I’m getting more of a Mocha vibe. It can be hard to tell with wear and tear and oxidation. What does the leather look like in the front panel or on the Creed leather? I find the areas that show less wear can be a better help with the orininal color. I feel like conditioning will deepen the color.
Eta, I do have a Classic Hobo that always felt like it was in between putty and mocha!

Hello, has anyone seen this small (possibly manicure) case before?
The Coach stamp is below the top snap. I cannot find it in any of my vintage catalog brochures or online. Curious to its name and age.
Thank you for your time and trouble to review.IMG_0127.webp

I'm confused at what it could be used for. Just a couple of flat pockets? Can it hold coins? What are the measurements? I'm not seeing anything in my files. I would guess 90s or early 2000s because of the silver snap.

Thank you so much for the kindness of the reply
I am confused to its original purpose as well.

I purchased it preowned and empty years ago finding the red an exciting color.

Attaching some more photographs to help you see the dimensions better.
Closed flap shows 4.5 inches tall by 2.5 inches wide
Opening up the snap flap it’s about 8 inches tall extended and
Depth of the pockets on the bottom are about 2.5 inches deep notably it is two stacked layered slip pockets. There is a square stitched feature right above the snap receptacle giving the bottom/most exterior pocket a defining separation. Could be a design feature to protect the snap or have some purpose —not sure.

I did find the vintage BEAUTY MATE German manicure tools found in the small kiss lock case and a standard nail clipper will fit inside.
I’m not sure it would be an appropriate design to hold a contact lens case with that 2 slip pocket design.

Another clue just noticed for the first time….there is a very faint O after the COACH stamp. Does that means outlet!?

Was hoping to find the true history or because it seems to me to be pretty scarce wondered if it was a corporate holiday gift.

Again I thank you very much for lending your expertise. 💐
Kindest regards K

Question for anyone who might remember the Ellie bag - any chance you know what this color was officially called? I’ve seen a lime green referenced in older threads but not sure if this is the exact one they referred to

Hi. I just acquired this black coach bag. It doesn’t have any of its tags/fobs. Is there any way to determine which ones it should’ve come with? I am not sure what the name of this bag is either. Thanks!

The bag originally came with a leather hangtag and a clear (acrylic?) one.
