It's the really disgusting Goodwill store where everything that doesn't sell goes and everything is sold by the pound. Everything is tossed into giant bins and you have to dig to find things. You should wear gloves and a mask because it is gross!
Ick - dumpster diving! Besides the need for gloves and mask, then I guess you burn your clothes when you're finished???

Hi,

I brought this 10+ years ago and it’s just been sitting in my closet, I believe it’s from the 80s but I have no clue on the style name.

Any thoughts about this dark blue and white canvas strap with nickel hardware and leather tabs?

Yesterday I ran into a local thrift shop looking for some Christmas items. Of course I took a look at the bags while I was there but I didn't see anything of interest. However, I was intriqued by this strap when I came across it under a bunch of wallets and wristlets.

I thought that it was coach and it made me think of the Hampton bags - or maybe some of the Poppy bags. It was only $2 so I decided to buy it because, as every rehabber knows, a missing strap can be one of the most difficult bag accessories to replace!

The strap is 46 inches long (including the hardware) and a little more than 1 & 1/4 inches wide.

Do you agree that it looks like a Coach strap? Any ideas about which bag, or line of bags, that it might have come from? Thanks in advance!

It looks like Poppy. My Sapphire blue Poppy bags had gold hardware and similar straps at the ends but the center of the cloth part had gold threads and no blue. There was a different blue this came from. This one looks like that: https://www.ebay.com/itm/235064083798
