I have the regular Tiffany dbty in .14ct in yellow gold and this custom made baby! The stone is a transitional cut (I think) from the 1920s or 1930s when my hubby's grandma got married in China when she was 13 (arranged marriage) and this was her e-ring.
That is exactly like the TIffany one I was looking at, wow! It's stunning!!
