Nordstroms' customer service is the absolute best. There's a famous story about the Anchorage Alaska store. It used to be the location of a tire store. A little old woman came in demanding a refund on her tires. They explained this was no longer the tire shop and she still insisted. They asked how much she paid for them and gave her the money back!
But as great as Nordstroms is, you'll never get the deals there that you can find at TJ or Marshalls... They are two different animals. You get what you pay for.
