After you get the professional cleaning, order yourself some Sparkle Sparkle spray--if you get the little starter kit it comes with the brushes. I don't know what about that stuff is different from anything else Ive used but it somehow prevents gunk and oil and skin-bits from sticking. I LOVE IT and I have given it to all my friends and relatives who've gotten engaged/married since I found out about it. I actually got it from a *jeweler who shall not be named*, it was literally the ONLY good part of my situation with them, as they suck.
