You should get a perfect bag if you paid the full retails for it. If you can't exchange to a perfect one at this time, why don't you wait? They will take it back for a refund, correct? BV will come up with new styles soon and you may fall in love with something else later anyways. Just suggestion.. Cheer up!

Update!
I got the UPS mailing label from Bryan today, and I shipped the bag back to him today. So I am just dealing with his store now instead of the Wailea one since Bryan's store has more in stock, so Bryan can def. pick a non-display one that is in perfect condition.
My guess is I should get the new bag back from Bryan sometime next week.
