I Thought You Should Know Something About Brighton Bags....

I have two Brightons, only because most styles are not big enough for me either.

Not all their bags are registerable - the straw and some of the fabric don't carry the same guarantee, from what I was told.

Their CS is wonderful when there is a problem; they sent me a label to ship back my bag, fixed it, put it in a new dustbag and new Brighton box - like getting a new bag.

I stop by today at Brighton store at the outlet. They have pretty good selection but no warranty. Once you buy it, it's yours forever. Their policy at the outlet is "No return, No exchange". Maybe it's good idea to buy it in the regular store.

what a great and thorough review! i have a brighton bag that was a gift a few years ago. i can tell it is very well made, but unfortunately, i am not a big fan of the style so have not carried it much... if i should find one that i like, i'll buy it with confidence.

Brighton bags are well made and have quality materials; I just have never been a fan of the styles!

I agree. A friend of mine loves Brighton (bags, jewelry, sunglasses) and everything she has is well made and looks beautiful on her. Unfortunately, the styles don't suit me but I can definitely see why people love their merchandise!

Good morning! So, here is my Brighton reveal. Kooba lovers will notice right away that it looks a lot like the Elisha. That was another thing that I was going to mention....the fact that the leather on the Brighton surpassed what my opinion was of the Elisha. The bow is a little different and there is pronounced stitching on the Brighton. I wish the pictures did the hardware more justice, but there is beautiful detailing on the back side of the strap hardware, too.

Lots of good info. I know there's a store in Salt Lake City that I've been in before but I didn't know all that about the hardware being 99% silver or the hand stitching, or made in California. I will certainly have to check them out more thoroughly in the future. Thank you for posting.
