Well the outlet phoned. My bag has a confirmed deliver to jax. She didn't say when it arrived, but at least it's not lost. I guess that I just have more waiting to do.

I wouldn't be suprised if they put it on a shelf with a final sale tag and sold it, but OH I hope for you that this didn't happen!!! Sadly...I would NEVER say NEVER when it comes to SOME of those outlet SA's!!!!

Sending bags in has been a pain, at least for me. Not too long ago, I called like 2 months after I'd dropped it off at the store. They said that they hadn't even gotten it. The NEXT frigging day I got a call saying they'd been able to fix it and it was on its way back to me!
