Some use the same or similar usernames on auction/selling sites as their tpf names... but yes, I'll see the same pics from reviews show up on bonz or da 'bay and if the locations match where the member is it's not hard to track people down w/ a small amount of effort... specially when the auctions say "tpf member".

Oh, I just meant that I've seen a lot of pictures on eBay that members have posted here showing off a bag, giving away who that person is lol.. I think that's what she was asking

mine is close to my ebay name but I don't care.. Im not a reseller I have no way to an outlet ever. im a shopper.. I have sold a couple of bags..and a few wallets when I change styles. No law against it lol
I never noticed alot of the reveals become sales and I don't buy from sellers just because of the faf or tpf logo. They could be making it up lol

it looks like she has it for sale its all greasy looking for sure. I guess she is selling it. she does say in the auction all cleaned and conditioned.. but that oil is known to go rancid and stink

Ok so the guy at LeatherSpa was not very happy with me!!!

I put my bag on the counter, he felt it and he said "someone put oil on this bag"

I confessed -- olive oil

He basically said there was nothing he could do for me! He wouldn't even let me pay him to try. He sent me home with a little tub of mink oil and told me next time to come to them first.

Guess i ruined my bag :( Oh well, live and learn!

Folks, *I* didn't sell this bag!!!

I'm not trying to sell this bag!!!

I JUST BOUGHT this bag off ebay and I tried to make it shiny by slathering olive oil on it.

the SELLER had it conditioned -- but when it showed up it wasn't shiny like in the pictures so i was trying to fix it.

Its in my bedroom right now slathered in mink oil.

whatever -- i'm out of here, too unfun -- maybe someone can close this thread for me.
