I have a papillon, do I need a speedy?

I agree. Speedy is a classic bag and every girl should have one. Definitely much different from the pap.

Like others said, if you are desiring a shoulder bag, maybe the speedy is not right for you at this point in time and perhaps a different bag would be better.

the speedy will not fit your shoulder except when you are extremely thin maybe...
but it is a really great bag, and I think it has a different style than the papillon!

I have a papillon 30 and a cerises speedy. I never though I would want a speedy until I carried one. Now I can't imagine not having it.

I got my pap 26 first them a mono speedy 25 two xmases ago and a damier 25 last xmas. i don't think you can ever have too many bags! LOL

I have both speedy 25 and pap 26. They are both my favorite style in mono. So I can't really help you.

speedys dont come w/ a strap, but you can buy one seperately!

i have to tell you (and agree with most of the others) that i have both the speedy and papillion and i absolutely love both of them. imo they are both classic pieces plus the speedy is more of a HAND bag while the papillion is more a bag that i wear on my shoulder.
