IMO the 4" make your legs look longer! Whereas the kitten heels with the straps kinda "cut off" your legs if you know what I mean.

I have both kitten and 100 heel. The kitten is really comfy, however it takes a while to buckle the three straps. I would recommend the higher heel. & nude looks really good on you.

Nude, you will get so much wear from them and they transition to every season. Black does too but in summer it looks a bit harsher than the nude.
