Yes, it is Ecru. I love that color! I'm paying this amount of money, and I expect certain kind of quality. I will go see and what they can do for me.:sad:

RETURN IT! It looks like it was used. Make them give you a new one and don't leave the store until you are 100% satisfied! Don't let them out snob you! You are the one with the money; they are the ones who work there.

Congrats on such a cute bag! I do see the scuff, but it really doesn't look all that bad. However, after spending that much money on a bag I would exchange it if it is not too much of a pain in the rear.
